Single command to update version across all 12+ files:
scripts/bump-version.sh 5.7.0
Updates: clientversion.h, version.h, triangles-qt.pro, Dockerfile,
and all packaging manifests (Docker, AUR, Chocolatey, Debian, RPM,
WinGet, Homebrew, Nix, AppImage).
